Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation on all services MORE than 7 business days prior to event will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation on all services LESS than 7 business days prior to event will receive a 50% refund
Cleaning Deposit
- Due at check in. $50 by check only. Check is refundable by next day if check-out standards are met. Deposit is non-refundable if check-out standards are not met.
Ellis Outdoor Pool Private Party Rates
Rates charged by the hour. Parties may not exceed 2 hours. Maximum capacity for all pool parties is 100.

- 1-25 Patrons: $50
- 26-50 Patrons: $75
- 51-75 Patrions: $100
- 76-100: $150
Nelson Indoor Pool Observation AreaParty rate of $35 for every 2 hours. Parties may not exceed 2 hours.
- Standard daily fees apply per patron in addition to party rate. Please check the daily prices for more information.
- Pool parties are not private and only available during normal Open Swim times. You will share the general area with other patrons. A portion of the Observation Area will be reserved for your event, where you may set up food and decorations. Food and or decorations will not be allowed outside this area.
Iron Horse Indoor Pool Patio Area
- Party rate of $35 for every 2 hours. Parties may not exceed 2 hours.
- Standard daily fees apply per patron in addition to party rate. Please check the daily prices for more information.
- Pool parties are not private and only available during normal Open Swim times. You will share the general area with other patrons. A portion of the Patio Area will be reserved for your event, where you may set up food and decorations. Food and or decorations will not be allowed outside this area.
POOL PARTY GUIDELINES AND CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
- The Fort Carson Aquatic Center (FCCO Aquatic Center) Director reserves the right to shut down facilities for public health and safety reasons (i.e. inclement weather, maintenance and other emergencies).
- Prior to refund, due to management initiated or inclement weather cancelations, the alternate event date must be utilized. The alternate event date will be the Sunday following the event date. If the FCCO Aquatic Center cannot provide service on said alternate date then full refund will be given.
- Pool party hosts may come no more than 15 minutes before starting time to set up. No confetti is allowed in the pool area.
- No one may enter the water before the Lifeguards have given permission. Swimming starts at a designated time and NOT earlier.
- All swimmers MUST wear swim wear attire to enter pool.
- Deck activities, games and/or toys must be PRE-APPROVED and finalized by a facility manager five days in advance of the party.
- Parents are to supervise their child/children at all times.
- Swim Diapers are REQUIRED for everyone not potty trained. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Children ages 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
- 15 minutes before pool reservation time is over, all swimmers will be asked to exit pool.
- All pool party attendees must leave the premises within 15 minutes after the pool party ending time.
- FCCO Aquatic Center reserve the right to refuse the pool to anyone who doesn’t conduct themselves in a safe manner or not conform to the pool safety rules we have set here, posted around facility and in the facility SOP. Our pool rules have been set up for your safety and for the well being of you and your guests. Please see that your guests are made aware of these safety rules, as you are ultimately responsible for the actions and the conduct of those you have chosen to attend your party on our premises.
- The host will be held accountable for leaving the premises clean. The clean-up check list must be completed prior to leaving for all locations: Trash picked up, disposed of properly, tables/chairs/lounges wiped down, trash bags to dumpster, locker room cleaned, and decorations taken down. If facility isn’t clean, the cleaning deposit will be forfeited.
- Any property damage will be the responsibility of the host.
- Refreshments/pre-cooked foods may be brought in by participants or food can be catered by The Elkhorn Catering and Conference Center. BBQ’s, stoves, etc. are prohibited for safety reasons. Outside catering is not allowed. Catering arrangements with the Elkhorn will be the responsibility of the patron.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Glass containers are not permitted. All food and beverages will be consumed in the designated area.
- All Pool Party requests are tentative until approved by facility manager.
